HD Imaiging will provide a proof for each job, upon proof approval the heat transfers will ship within three business days. You will be notified if the job requires more time, typically for large quantity jobs.

All sales are final upon proof approval and must be paid prior to shipment. Terms may be established to companies who purchase more than three jobs per month and are subject to credit approval.

Pre-production samples can be produced for a setup fee to be quoted prior to production. This is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you want without question. We are happy to send FREE random samples if this is the first time users to review the technology. Pics are available on our Gallery section as well.

HD Imaging will refund and/or replace transfers for mistakes made after proof approval. Examples include mis-spellings that are different than the proof. Colors matching to a file are not refundable unless a pre-production sample was run, approved, and obvious descrepencies occur.

HD Imaging is not responsible for Shipping Carrier's like UPS, Fed Ex for missing a delivery date. It is your responsibility to get the order approved in time with realistic delivery transit times from our factory.

HD Imaging may charge additional setup fees for more than three edits.
