You can visit our blog for more jobs we've done. Each of the images above can be clicked to view in great detail. As you can see this is not embroidery. It's a soft, velvet like material. This offers a simialar feel to the touch as your t-shirts, bag, or hat. We find most people use our technology for the detail. If you look at the samples above you can see it would be very hard to embroider these logos. There would have to be a lot of changes to the artwork. I perfect example above is the Stifires logo. The letters are tiny and look at the tape on the stick. There's no way you can embroidery that kind of detail.
Look at the Sacramento logo, do you really think a stitck would work for those letters? My favorite is the Schlotzski's logo. There is so much detial in that logo, there the final product with embroidery would be completely different.
Another reason people use our Fusible Graphics technology is the low volume options. We can make as low as three pcs. This allows Mom to make special patches for the kids, but we mostly see companies who just need a few things for a show, or employess at the counter. We all know getting work in such low volume frustrates the local embroidery shop......
Keep in mind we offer a three day lead time from proof approval. This is particularly nice as embroidered patches typically take two weeks. The reason for this is most embroidered logos are manufactured in China. The cost of labor is so cheap there it's really the only way to do it cost effectively. Not with Fusible Graphics, our prices are very comparable to China's prices. So you get fast service at a comparible price. Can it really get any better?
As you can see with each of the logos above, we have contour cut each logo to the customer's requirements. We print the logos to the material in large ganged up numbers. We then run the sheets of layed out logos through our cutters, then we remove the logos, ready for pressing. Keep in mind we can contour cut inside the logo as well. Ther are some limitations all cutting. The smaller the logo, the more difficult it is to cut, so the only limiation to contour cutting is the size. You can work with our staff to find out if your artwork and final size is suitable for internal cuts. |
