We did a custom patch over Thanksgiving weekend I wanted to share with everyone.  This job came in on Wednesday and we turned out 130 pcs Friday for overnight delivery on Monday.  I mention this to show our customer service level for our customers.  Below is the proof we did as we did not take a picture of the custom patch, we were in too much hurry to just get it out the door.

Note how we added a black trap around the logo to include the text at the bottom.  The word “studios” was a little too small for us to cut those letters out, so we made this patch into one solid piece.  This particular image is going onto nylon bags.  This is a distinct advantage for our customers because if they had embroidered this image, the cost would have been through the roof.  We were able to provide this image at 130 pcs for $3.49 per.
