Everyone, sorry it’s been a while since our last blog post. We have been in the Christmas push for orders. Did the Holiday Bowl this year as well. I thought you guys might want to see the Campbell’s soup patches we did. This one was a little unique in that we had terrible art to work from. The art was taken off the internet with a poor jpg file. You can see it still came out very nice. This order was used for hats. We didn’t press the hats so I wasn’t able to get pictures for you, but you can see the iron on patches below. This is right off the manufacturing line.

Also note the rounded corners. We are able to do rounded corners very easily without additional die charges. Our process utilize a cutting technique that drastically reduces our costs and prevents the need for expensive die charges. We put a nice little border around the image matching some of the internal colors to give the iron on patches a nice pop. Amazing the detail of these iron on patches given the low quality imagery we had to use, but I am most impressed with the pop of the colors. No way could you get this level of detail and pop from embroidery.
