Guys, we are seeing a spike in Applique work with our base fabric material. As you all know, Fusible Graphics is a base material made of tiny fibers that can be printed with any digital quality print. What we are seeing is small companies ordering sheets of our base material, then printing a desired pattern.
Here’s where the real savings are to be had. Most of these small companies are buying fabrics from their local fabric shop. You have to buy in yards of material and you are stuck with that pattern. This also means you are limited in the number of patterns you can stock in house. That’s all over now. With Fusible Graphics you can stock our base white material and print the pattern in house. It saves on stock, saves on the amount of material used per job, costs are lower…..it goes on and on.

I know most of you embroidery guys HATE……HATE to do appliques. Now it’s extremely simple for you. Just print the pattern you want, then do you normal embroidery pattern…..Furthermore, with our iron on glues, you can tack the pattern down if needed…..meaning, you can pre-cut the pattern with a plotter, tack the pattern down within an outline stitch and you have the simplest, most accurate way of doing appliques.
