1.) Price – Everyone seems to fight so hard for pricing now a days. For sure out technology helps everyone in this category especially for high color content images or large sizes. Let me give you some basic examples. If you were to embroider the back of a jacket. You are looking at a very large area to cover. The stitch count is going to be very high…..in the ten’s of thousands. We see an average back size going for around $20 per jacket. Not only is this very time consuming but it’s very expensive. We average around $8.00 peer the same area.
2.) Color – We give you the exact color combination and detail you want. Other technologies quote based upon the number of colors. We quote based upon the square inch space of the logo. This reduces cost tremendously as our technology imprints all the colors in on pass. It reduces cost but more importantly it gives you EXACTLY what you want. Eye popping color is the desired effect you are looking for, right?
3.) Time – Our images are put onto the garment, bag, or hat in 15 seconds. This reduces costs tremendously.
4.) Lead Time – We typically get all orders out within three days from proof approval. We get a lot of business from people who are last minute thinkers. Which means, we get a lot of quick turn around orders. Everyone now a days needs it yesterday and we are as close to getting it out the door yesterday as you are ever going to get. Lead time plays a big factor into why we are so successful.
