The price chart above is our "List or Retail" pricing guide. For Embroidery customers, Promotional Distributors, and OEM customers, you are on a discount, but we do not publish that discount here. Please contact our office to get setup as a wholesale customer.
As you can see on the price chart, prices vary considerably based upon the number of logos you purchase. We are limited in the space provided above. If you have a project larger than 1000 pcs please call our offices for further assistance. We can provde all quanities within a three day lead time. For orders over 1000 pcs we ask for an extra day of lead time for every 1500 pcs.
We do NOT include a setup fee with the prices above unless your artwork requires a redraw. Redraws may be required if the file sent is not a good enough quality. Vector art is preferred. Examples of vector are are .ai, .pdf, .eps files. However, .jpg, .gif, and .png files can be acceptable if the artwork in the file is larger than the patch being produced. Meaning, we can mimize the art, but we can not expand the art as it will pixelate. It's best to call with these questions if you are not in the graphic design industry. However, I'm sure we've all seen artwork that is pixellated. It looks fuzzy and distorted. No one wants their patches to look blurred or distored in any way and we will clearly communciate with you if the artwork is not of high enough quality. If a redraw is required, we typically charge around $25 for most logos, but that price can increase based upon the complexity of the artwork. We may also refer you to other redraw companies who can offer a better price for this type of work.
If you are a promotional comapny and are receiving special discounted pricing, you will be charge a one time setup fee. Price of setup is based upon the complexity of the artwork and you will be informed in an official quote in writing. For all retail orders, the setup fee and UPS GROUND shipments fees are included in the price guide you see above.
Upon placing your order, we will send an electronic proof for you to review within 24 hours. Upon approval of the proof, we require three business days to ship. If you have special shipping requirements or need a RUSH order overnight, we will assess a $50 Rush fee for moving your order up in our production schedule. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping. We will send you a link after proof approval so you may finalize payment.
