Elements of a Successful Order Process

If you are calling the order in, it's helps us tremendously if you know the quanity and size needed for your patch. We also like to review the artwork to determine if the artwork is of suitable quality. We do not want to use low resolution artwork that will result in a pixelated and distored final product. If you can have these three things for us, we will be able to quickly provide an accurate quotation.

If you have reviewed our pricing guide and are comfortable with your selected quantity, just send an email with your order. In the email list the dimensions, both length and width of the image, list the price from the price chart, and list the quantity you desire. We will confirm the information was received by returning an email to you within an hour. We will then begin the process of creating the proof.

If typically takes 24 hours for us to send the electronic proof to you for approval. The proof is nothing more than a validation between both of us that what we are going to produce exactly what you desire. Meaning, do we have the correct file, did we accurately list the dimensions of the patch you want, and if there were any edits or redesigns you required, did we include those too? The proof is the final agreement between the customer and HD Imaging Inc. that what you want produced is graphically demonstrated on the proof along with the dimension so we can accurately produce exactly what you desire. So make sure you check and double check the proof for accuracy. We literally take that final approved proof to the production floor so our staff can accurately produce what you require.

Upon proof approval you will receive from us via email a link for the payment. Once you finalize the payment, our staff is informed the job is ready for shipping. It is very possible you may pay a day or two ahead of the ship date. Since all jobs are customized, we require payment prior to shipping. We just want you to be aware payment may come to us a couple days ahead of the actual ship date. Even though we do a lot of prep work prior to producing the job. We do not allocated materials or start production until payment is received. This ensures we do not have a cancellation or non-payment after production is executed.

Once the shipment has left the building, you will receive a tracking number upon request. We typically use USPS, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex depending upon best price. Since you are not paying for Ground shipments we select the best price option on the market. You typically will receive your order witin 3-5 days, but Ground shipments are not guaranteed by any of these shipping companies. If you have a required "In Hands" date, you MUST communicate that with our staff. Extra shipping fee will apply for expedited shipping. Lastly, if RUSH services are required we do apply a $50 fee. This is typical for orders that must be shipped within 1-2 business days. Basically, we are putting your order ahead of the already agreed upon production schedule. This change requires a lot of changes internally and thus requires additional charges.
